Bombay Sapphire master distiller steps down

18 March, 2026

Anne Brock has announced her departure from Bombay Sapphire via a post on Instagram.

Brock joined Bombay Sapphire in 2017 as master distiller, based at the Laverstoke Mill, UK.

“After 8.5 wonderful years, the time has come for me to say goodbye to Laverstoke, to the Bombay Sapphire team, and to the Bacardi family,” the post read.

“It has been a privilege to serve as master distiller of Bombay Sapphire, working alongside some of the most talented and passionate people in the industry. I will deeply miss the teams and individuals I've had the joy of working with across Bacardi, and I will always carry immense pride in the work we've done together.

“As I step away from this role, I'm taking some time to reflect, reset, and prepare for an exciting new chapter. I'll remain on the board of The Gin Guild and active in the distilling community, so l'll see you at the dinners and Ginposium, probably sipping a 'tini.

"To everyone l've crossed paths with along the way: thank you so much. It's been an extraordinary journey, and I'm looking forward to what comes next,” Brock continued.
