C&C completes the purchase of Gaymers

C&C Group plc, manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded beverages in Ireland and the UK, has announced the completion of the acquisition of the Gaymer Cider Company UK from Constellation Brands.

The acquisition remains subject to review by the UK Office of Fair Trading. Pending the outcome of the OFT decision, the business is being held separate and is not being integrated into C&C.
