Russia: Baltika beer gets new VP sales

Russia: Baltika Breweries has appointed a vice president for sales in Russia. Denis Lysak will take up the reigns from 17 June.

Oleg Burkhanov, who was acting vice president, sales in Russia, will continue to work at Baltika Breweries as director of sales development, reporting to Lysak.

Lysak has also worked at SAB Miller.

Anton Artemiev, president of Baltika Breweries: “His serious work experiences in well-known international FMCG companies, as well as his management of sales in the beer business were Denis’ key advantages as a candidate for the position. I am certain that his ability to work in the different territories and in the various channels of the Russian beer market, plus his well-developed management skills will help him to make a worthy contribution to the growth of our Company’s sales.”
