I became an honorary Gin Rectifier last night (May 9). I took an oath and now I am duty bound to promote the best interests of gin.
The position, which is effective July 16, will be based from William Grant's Glasgow office.
He previously looked after the UK and Ireland for Edrington. Prior to Edrington, de Almeida worked at Maxxium UK where he held several roles including leading the UK Prestige on-trade team and managing the Tesco business.
