EPI completes Piper-Heidsieck purchase

Rémy Cointreau has completed the sale of all the shares in Piper-Heidsieck-Compagnie Champenoise to the EPI Group (Européenne de Participations Industrielles).

The EPI Group has now assumed control over the champagne business in Reims, France, which includes the Piper-Heidsieck and Charles Heidsieck brands, and Piper Sonoma, the sparkling wine brand in the US.
