Diageo launches Baileys hazelnut

13 September, 2010

Diageo has launched a new flavour of its cream liqueur brand Baileys.

Baileys Hazelnut Flavour will be available from November 1 2010 across European travel retail and will follow in the new year in travel retail across the rest of world. The variant will be supported by sampling, concourse and in store activities.

Caroline Lyons, Diageo GTME marketing manager white spirits, liqueurs and rums, said: “We created Baileys Flavours because we wanted to give our loyal consumers new ways to enjoy the classic Baileys taste. The flavours range has been a big hit with consumers and is among Diageo’s most successful innovations to date.”

Baileys Hazelnut Flavour will join the existing Baileys Flavours range, which includes: Baileys with a Hint of Crème Caramel, Baileys with a Hint of Mint Chocolate and Baileys with a Hint of Coffee.
