UK: Sauza tequila and Funkin purée mix it up

30 July, 2009

UK: Maxxium is highlighting Sauza tequila’s mixability through a partnership with fruit purée provider Funkin.

Selected customers will be offered Sauza cocktail kits including Funkin products and a range of support material including tent cards, coasters and posters. The kits focus on two serves - Sauza Passion Fruit Margaritas, created using the Funkin 10 second cocktail mixer, and the Raspberry Sauza Top made by combining Sauza with Funkin Pro raspberry puree. Licensees will also benefit from an educational booklet, including additional simple serve suggestions, a step-by-step cocktail guide and advice on the profit potential of spirit and mixer serves.

Additional kits will be made available through promotional offers at selected wholesalers on purchase of Sauza Blanco or Sauza Reposado.

Maxxium UK brand manager for Sauza, Nikki Cumming said:  “The collaboration between these two premium brands offers fantastic profit margins for licensees and an enticing addition to drinks menus.”
